The A57 Ballyrobin Road between Antrim Road and the A26 Oldstone Road will be closed continuously for three days from 7pm on Friday, March 31 until 6am on Monday, April 3.

The closure is to allow for carriageway resurfacing works.

Traffic will be diverted along the following routes:

Normal traffic: Antrim Road > Belfast Road > A26 Oldstone Road > Ballyrobin Road (and vice versa)

HGV traffic: Antrim Road > Belfast Road > A6 Belmount Road > Dublin Road > A57 Airport Road (and vice versa).

Motorists are asked to allow extra time for their journey particularly if heading to Belfast International Airport.

The work had been due to be carried out in February, but was postponed due to the weather.
