‘Superdogs’ boost for canine charity

The winners of the “Superdog” event held at Carnfunnock Country Park on Saturday, May 4 have been announced.

The members of Latharna Canine and Dog Training Club would like to thank all those who supported this event. A special thanks to Larne Borough Council, and in particular, Zoe Lindsay and her staff at Carnfunnock Country Park; and also to Olive Nelson, of Barking Mad Grooming Pad, Maurice McIlroy, Firgrove Boarding Kennels and Cattery and Ralph Gault who contributed prizes or sponsorship for the event.

A total of £350 was raised for the work of the Dogs Trust in Northern Ireland.
