Alliance East Antrim MLA, Stewart Dickson, has opened a new constituency office in Larne.
This office will, in addition to the existing one in Carrickfergus, provide constituency services to residents in the east and the north of the East Antrim Constituency and is the first time that the Alliance Party has had such a facility in Larne.
Stewart Dickson has also held an outreach facility in Carnlough and will be providing further services in Glenarm in the Glenarm Tourist Information office, at The Bridge, on Fridays June 15 and 29 June and July 20 and 27 July between 10am – 12 noon.
He said: “I am delighted that the office has opened and will afford my constituents convenient access to the information and assistance we can offer. The office is located at 97 Main Street, at the junction between Main Street and Agnew Street, so it is in a central location. I am sure that it will be a great asset to the wider community.
“We have worked hard for the last month to get the office ready and we are excited that we now have the facilities to effectively assist people right across the constituency. The office will be open initially on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (from 10am to 3pm), so that the residents of Larne, and the east and north of the constituency, can call in and talk with me or a member of staff, whatever their problem, difficulty or issue.
“We, and my predecessor Sean Neeson, have an excellent track record of resolving our constituents concerns and now that we have this facility in Larne, we hope that it will be more convenient for those in the east and north of the constituency to bring their concerns directly to us.
“If anyone needs assistance or information, I would encourage them to contact us on 028 9335 0286 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact my head of operations, Noel Williams, on email@example.com we will do our best to help.”
