Streamlined planning cases in Larne borough are published

PLANNING NI has published a list of applications which have been fast-tracked through the streamlined consultation process for cases considered not to be contentious.

The list (which can be viewed at http://apps.planningni.gov.uk/council_schedules/larne.aspx) does not go before local councillors for comment and features:

Unit 11, Murrayfield Shopping Centre - fascia and projecting sign.

At 9 Main Street, Ballycarry - change of use to taxi office/fruit store.

The Clarks Shop, 14-16 Main Street, Larne - two shop fascia signs and one projecting sign; proposal to reduce the depth of the shop entrance lobby.

Forever Living Products Ireland Ltd, Magheramorne House - provision of a new single-storey storage building adjacent to existing listed building.

At 110 Low Road, Islandmagee - retrospective permission for a double garage and storage.

At 27 Carnbourne Glen, Larne - proposed two-storey extension to side of dwelling.

Approximately 120 metres north-west of 13 Gortnagory Road, Carnlough - proposed replacement dwelling and detached garage.
