Police appeal after armed robbery in Larne

Detectives are appealing for information following an armed robbery in Larne on Sunday, December 23.

At about 8.45pm, a male armed with a knife entered the shop on Gloucester Avenue and demanded money. He then made off with a sum of cash.

The culprit is described as being approximately five feet five inches tall and of slim build. He was wearing a black, hooded puffer coat with the hood up and had tights over his face.

CID in Larne would be keen to speak to anyone who knows anything about this incident or who knows of a silver and white Mitsubishi Shogun that was in the area at the time.
