BNP denies hosting meeting in Larne

THE British National Party in south-east Antrim has denied it held a meeting in Larne at the weekend.

The event at Larne FC social club on the Station Road was organised by British Heritage, said by the BNP's regional organiser Paul Stevens to be "a group who support the aims of the BNP".

And the social club itself stressed this week that its committee would not have consented to a BNP meeting on the premises.

Don't miss the full story in this week's Larne Times.
