VIDEO: Pupils’ garden opens at Moyle Primary

Waiting for Video...

Pupils from Moyle Primary have officially opened a new educational garden at the school.

Devised by students from the school’s Eco Club along with primary five teacher Mrs Barr, the new garden features a number of play areas, a herb and vegetable patch, and a mosaic pathway designed by the children.

The space was transformed over the past few months from a patch of derelict ground on school premises, with help from local artist Dawn Aston and landscaper Gary Bissett from Inver Garden Centre.

Full story and photographs in next week’s Larne Times.
