Police are asking people to be vigilant after reports of cars being damaged in the harbour area of Larne.
In one incident last April, a car was badly vandalised when it was parked near the entrance of Larne Football Club.
Paintwork has been damaged again in recent weeks, with police treating the incidents as criminal damage.
Local officers believe that the damage is ‘blatant vandalism’ and are taking measures to identify those involved.
Police are asking people to contact them if their car has been damaged, or if they have information about the incidents.
To assist police with enquiries, telephone the new non-emergency number 101, or speak with your local neighbourhood team when they are out and about.
