TUV decision 'no slight'

ALDERMAN Jack McKee's decision to join the Traditional Unionist Voice (TUV) movement was "no slight" on former colleagues.

The veteran unionist registered his decision to join TUV at Larne Council earlier this month. He described his former DUP colleagues as “personal friends” and “a tower of strength.”

Chief executive Geraldine McGahey apologised to Ald McKee because written notification of his decision had not been included on the agenda. “I was unaware a letter had been submitted,” she said.
