Mrs Lynda Anderson, president of the East Antrim Christian Endeavour Union, was guest speaker at the annual CE service in Magheramorne Presbyterian Church.

Beth Robinson welcomed Mrs Anderson and introduced her fellow CE members, who led the worship.

Prayers were by Jamie Bell and Faye McAllister, while the readers were Georgia Nelson and Ellen Robinson.

Katie and Jamie Bell enacted a sketch depicting the feeding of the five thousand, and also led the choir singing Every Blade Of Grass”.

The offering, which is destined to support a school in Uganda, was collected by Gareth Bissett, Jayme McNeil, Sam Nelson and Jamie Bell.

Mrs Elma Morrow, who recently retired after leading the CE in Magheramorne for 21 years, was presented with flowers and a book of mementos by Emma Montgomery, as past members looked on.
