Larne Wings Appealraises £9,329
The Larne branch of the Royal Air Forces' Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday March 7, at 8.00pm, in the Norman Carson Room, of the Royal British Legion, Point Street, Larne.
Last year, thanks to the generosity of the local community, the Larne branch raised £9,329.46 during the Wings Appeal to provide welfare support for those in need.
RAFA has members in over 400 branches worldwide. Many volunteer their time to deliver welfare services and raise essential funds.
All ex-members of the Royal Air Force and their friends are invited to to come along to the AGM for further information to see if they would like to join the Larne branch.
