Police warn of '˜antisocial driving' in Larne town centre

According to a statement on the local police Facebook page, the situation “is causing the good folk of Larne much distress.”

“The town centre is not a race track and it’s only a matter of time until someone gets hurt,” it continued.

“Two of these warnings in a year and we’ll be seizing your car aside from whatever motoring offences we can prosecute for.”

Alongside a picture of a seizure notice for vehicles causing alarm, distress of annoyance (CADA), the statement concludes by urging antisocial drivers to “heed the warning!”
