Larne author Margaret Ferguson has released her latest book, a trilogy of supernatural stories named ‘Deja Vu’.
The local woman’s latest offering follows the success of ‘Once upon Yesterday’.
Margaret admits that, although she has always been interested in the supernatural, it doesn’t necessary follow that she believes in anything she cannot see or touch.
Nevertheless, she admits she still can’t help asking that all important question: ‘what if?’
Margaret says that these stories will haunt readers, make them think, and ensure that they won’t be able to put the book down until they reach the last page.
The stories explore Margaret’s firmly-held belief that evil can never be destroyed.
She explained: “It will always roam the earth, tempting us, challenging us, destroying us.
‘Deja Vu’ is definitely not a book for those of us with a nervous disposition.
“But if you think you’re up to it, go on, I dare you, read it.”
Margaret’s third novella ‘Hellstown’ will also be released shortly. The domestic drama charts the story of Mary, a young woman trapped in an abusive marriage, whose only solace is to relive her past, which she shared with her father and her first love, Luke.
“Is there any hope that Mary and her three young sons will ever escape the vicious Flint and find happiness?”
‘Deja Vu’ is published by Lulu and costs £5.99. Both will be available from local booksellers in the near future.
