Increase in allotment fees across MEA council area
An increase in allotment fees for small plots in Carrickfergus and Larne has been agreed by members of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.
The local government authority has three allotment sites, at Beltoy Road, Eden; Greenisland’s Knockleigh Drive, and Larne Town Park.
Approval was given for a price increase from £42 to £45 for all small plots across the council area.
The price of full-fized plots at all three council-owned sites will remain at £65.
