Great Game Fairs of Ireland honour for Ballycarry man
Ballycarry gunsmith Derek Beattie has been honoured with an accolade from the Great Game Fairs of Ireland.
The long-time champion of the sport of shooting was praised by Albert Titterington, director of the Great Game Fairs of Ireland, for his willingness to share his expertise with others and for his campaigning work on behalf of both the gun trade and shooters through his work as secretary of the NI Firearms Dealers Association.
Albert said: “Derek’s business, C F Beattie & Son in Ballycarry, is a genuine go-to destination for anyone interested in the sport of shooting.”
