£950,000spent on Coast Road
East Antrim DUP MLA Gordon Lyons has welcomed Transport NI's revelation that it has spent £950,000 on a structural maintenance programme for the Coast Road over the past two years.
The work was undertaken to repair and strengthen sea defences and minimise landslide risk on the Coast Road.
The figures were revealed by DRD Minister Michelle McIlveen in response to a question by Mr Lyons in the Assembly.
