IT was “back to the classroom” recently for Inver Area WI,
Almost 100 ladies took part in a series of workshops at First Larne Presbyterian Church halls, on Saturday April 13.
These included digital photography, genealogy, crochet, chicken scratching, box-making, Japanese patchwork, smocking and colour analysis.
Inver Area WI’s representative Tracey McIlwaine and her helpers served morning coffee and scones, and then, later, a delightful lunch was enjoyed by all.
Many new skills were developed and old friendships renewed. The organisers were commended for a “very successful, fun-filled, and productive day”.
