The Northern Trust is working to improve the way service users receive care when they attend an outpatient appointment.

If you, or a loved one, attended an outpatient appointment at Moyle, Whiteabbey or Antrim Hospital, the Trust is asking you to take a few minutes to answer a short survey about the experience. The Trust will use the feedback to make improvements for those attending outpatient appointments. The survey can be found at www.northerntrust.hscni.net where it is available on the homepage under ‘Outpatient department survey’.

The results of the survey will tell the Trust what parts of the outpatient department work well and where they need to do better.
