Ballygally Holiday Apartments have been shortlisted for one of the “Oscars” of the tourism industry.

The Northern Ireland Tourist Board awards celebrate the very best in tourism and hospitality.

The winners will be announced at an gala awards ceremony in the Ulster Hall on May 29.

The multi award-winning luxury apartments have been welcoming visitors to Northern Ireland since 1997.

The apartments have been celebrating the “12 Days of Pink” and displayed a warm welcome for the Giro d’Italia.

Alan Clarke, chief executive, of the Northern Irlenad Tourist Board, said: “Our awards recognise the hard work and achievements of the people in an industry that continue to transform and to deliver excellent experiences for visitors in 2013.”
