PLANNING Service has indicated it is ready to grant approval to a raft of applications, subject to consultation with Larne councillors next week.
Cases listed for comment include Mr and Mrs Patterson’s proposed replacement dwelling, to include stables, a tack room, showering facilities, garage and courtyard at Deerpark Road, Glenarm. County Hall had received a revised design for the project.

Among other cases which planners are minded to approve:

C Thompson - replacement of existing garage - 122 Coast Road, Larne.

R McConkey - detached garage - Ballypollard Road, Magheramorne.

J Close - removal of old cottage to be replaced with a dwelling and detached garage - 127 Middle Road, Islandmagee.

Alastair Coey architects - refurbishment of existing house and outbuildings - 174 Lower Ballyboley Road.

T McClean - family room and garage with bedroom and en suite extension over, to side of terraced house, with porch to front and sunroom to rear - 21 Inver Garden Mews.
