AN increase in hours started this week at Larne and District Citizens Advice Bureau.
The CAB has received funding from the Department of Social Development via Larne Council to allow a small increase in hours from this Monday to March 31.
The bureau will be open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 5pm and on Wednesday from 1.30pm to 5pm. Anyone who would like to make an appointment is asked to ring 2826 0379.
It is also hoped that a new telephone system can be installed to increase the number of calls that can be taken, therefore improving the service to the public.
Meanwhile, the extraordinary general meeting arranged for March 3 has been deferred to a later date. Details of this will be made available in due course.
