Camera club puts local church sites in the frame

ALMOST 20 members of Island Camera Club embarked on a tour of the borough’s churches recently.

The first stop was Templecorran in Ballycarry followed by Glynn Old Church.

After a refreshing cuppa, kindly supplied by club member Desi Campbell, the group set off for St. Cedma’s Church in Larne.

However a wedding was in progress, and the lively bunch headed for St Patrick’s, Cairncastle.

Following a hearty lunch, when the group discussed the morning’s images, members headed for Gleno waterfalls.

Several more images captured, the group returned home to upload to the website.

Island Camera Club is planning more outings during the season. If anyone is interested in joining members, they should contact event organiser, Jim Smith at vc@islandcameraclub.com
